Expert Design Systems B.V. (EDS) is an independent entity that manages and develops professional pipeline engineering software. The company works in close collaboration with R+K Consulting Engineers and is part of the BT Engineering Group.

This organisational structure ensures long-term support and continuity for PLE users, while also allowing them to benefit from a broader network of pipeline engineering experts and project experience.

The team behind EDS and PLE has decades of experience in practical pipeline mechanics, with particular expertise in the behaviour of pipelines in soft delta soils, offshore conditions, and under complex operational loads.
